Karen Sedgwick is the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Sempra, where she leads several corporate functions, including accounting, tax, finance and investor relations. Over the last 32 years, Sedgwick has held many leadership roles, including chief administrative officer, chief human resources officer, and Treasurer. Prior to that, she served in leadership roles in finance, investor relations, audit services and enterprise risk management.

Trevor Mihalik is group president of Sempra, where his primary responsibilities are to oversee Sempra California’s utilities, San Diego Gas & Electric and Southern California Gas Company. He is also responsible for several corporate functions, including risk and compliance, human resources and audit services and insurance. He previously served as chief financial officer for Sempra. Mihalik has extensive financial and leadership experience in the energy industry, with wide-ranging knowledge of capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, treasury and risk. Prior to joining Sempra in 2012 as controller and chief accounting officer, 此前，他曾在Iberdrola Renewables和Chevron Natural Gas担任高级财务领导职务，包括首席财务官.
